Winnipeg First Aid proudly offers a variety of different workplace approved first aid and CPR courses. We offer these courses at convenient and comfortable training centres throughout Winnipeg at the lowest prices. Become a part of the chain of survival and take a workplace approved course.
All workplace approved first aid courses include certification in CPR and automated external defibrillators (AED). Candidates have the option of choosing what level of CPR they wish to have partnered with the course.
Different Types of First Aid and CPR courses.
- Standard first aid and CPR – This course comes standard with CPR level “C” but an optional health care provider CPR (CPR HCP) can be paired with this course. This is the most comprehensive course available and takes approximately 16 hours to complete.
- Emergency first aid and CPR – This course comes standard with CPR level “A” but candidates can opt for CPR level “C”. This is the most basic first aid course that the workplace approved has to offer and takes approximately 8 hours to complete.
- Emergency childcare first aid and CPR “B” – This course only comes with CPR level “B”. This course is one of the most intensive first aid courses available through the workplace approved. It takes approximately 8 to 10 hours to complete this course.
- Standard childcare first aid and CPR “B” – This course only comes with CPR level “B”. This course includes similar content as the emergency first aid course but candidates receive 16 hours to complete this course.

Length of First Aid and CPR Course:
First aid and CPR training ranges from 8 hours to 16 hours depending on the course.
Workplace approved First Aid and CPR Certification:
Candidates that successfully complete the course will receive a workplace approved first aid and CPR certificate that is nationally accredited and is valid throughout Canada.
No Pressure Policy:
At Winnipeg First Aid we have a “no pressure” policy in which candidates are eligible to re-take any first aid and CPR course at no extra cost if they do not complete the course the first time. We understand that people learn at different speeds and in a variety of different ways.
First Aid and CPR Course Registration:
We offer a simple online registration system so that you can register for a course from the comfort of your home. To register for the course of your choosing select the course from the main menu or the side menu bar. Select the course, date, time and location from the selection. Complete the registration form and pre-pay to guarantee yourself a spot in the course. Accepted methods of payment include debit card, credit card or PayPal. If you wish to pay in another method please ask and we will by happy to help you with other options.
