Why CPR and First Aid Training Matters

While this incident ended tragically, it underscores the importance of early CPR and emergency response, particularly in rural or outdoor environments where help may take longer to arrive.

Knowing how to recognize cardiac arrest and begin CPR can help sustain blood flow to vital organs until emergency services take over. Proper training gives individuals the confidence to act quickly when seconds matter.
