The recertification course is shorter and more affordable than the full CPR Level C program while still providing comprehensive, hands-on training. To qualify for CPR Level C recertification, participants must meet the following requirements:
- Completed a full or recertification course within the past 3 years.
- Provide a valid, current certification card from a recognized and credible provider, such as:
- St. John Ambulance
- Canadian Red Cross
- St. Mark James Training
- Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Lifesaving Society
- Expired certification cards will not be accepted.
- Participants who fail to present a valid certification card at the start of the class will not receive a recertification card.

Candidates that successfully complete the skills component and the multiple choice test with a minimum grade of 75% will receive a workplace-approved CPR level C and AED certificate.
