When firefighters arrived, she was still trapped and had no pulse and was not breathing—signs of cardiac arrest.

Rapid CPR and Emergency Response

Firefighters used hydraulic lifting equipment to raise the garage door and free the woman. CPR was started immediately and continued until EMS arrived and took over advanced medical care. The woman was then transported to hospital for further treatment.

An investigation is underway to determine what caused the incident.

Why CPR and First Aid Training Matters

This incident demonstrates the importance of quick action during emergencies. In cases of cardiac arrest, early CPR can significantly improve survival chances while waiting for paramedics to arrive.
